I can only strongly advise against visiting this clinic. My experience was extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, had little to do with competent and patient-centered care.
I called because I needed a prescription for a sleep aid. I was initially quoted a price of €150–200.
(Perhaps this explains why they also have better means of buying 5-star reviews ;-)
When the receptionist returned to the phone, I could hear someone in the background saying, "I sleep at night." To me, this comment was simply unprofessional in this context and the epitome of a lack of empathy and incompetence.
Fortunately, I then opted for the specialist medical center in Paguera. There, I was seen the same day by an exceptionally kind and competent doctor. She took a lot of time with me, and I hardly had to wait. The entire treatment there cost only €46 – nowhere near the previously mentioned €150–200. The whole team was also extremely friendly and helpful.

A friendly receptionist on the phone arranged an appointment for me the same day. Dr. Reinke examined me very thoroughly and quickly determined the right medication for me. This surgery and in particular Doctor Reinke is an exceptional place. From my personal experience I was treated with speed and care and given pain relief. However I was consequently referred to a hospital in Palma arranged by Doctor Reinke as an emergency where I had an operation on my spine which was a great success thanks to Doctor Reinke’s swift action. I will be forever grateful to her for saving me from a lifetime of pain.
In the future I will not hesitate to use this surgery for myself and my family.

I came to Dr. Reinke with severe pain. She carefully reviewed all the results I had brought with me and immediately scheduled an appointment for a consultation. I've never received such a precise and detailed explanation of my findings. Furthermore, missing blood work was performed.

After all the results were available, I received everything clearly explained by email and also received two phone calls about my condition. I've never met such a good, experienced, and friendly doctor.

This time I had to go because of a high fever, dizziness, and complete lack of energy – and I was welcomed perfectly and lovingly from the very beginning.
They don't just rush through it; they genuinely listen, take you seriously, and provide individualized help.
You feel seen, understood, and safe.
Whether it's the doctors, nursing staff, or therapists – they're top-notch on a personal level, and even better on a professional level.

That was the case here.

Went to the Dr for an ankle sprain she assessed and concluded tendon tear most likely. Provided me with a proper supporting brace and suggested meds OTC. Asked me to do an X-ray to assess further. Satisfied by her care. Then continued on about vitamins and asked about Covid vaccines, I’ve had 5, said not to have more. Not part of my ankle sprain. I suspect she is more of a natural path and maybe anti vaccine. I will continue to be vaccinated as recommended by my Dr at home. It was not cheap, but worth it for brace and peace of mind.

Excellent medical treatment at this clinic. The doctor was so thorough and within 20 minutes I had had blood tests and was on an iv drip with antihistamine. The doctor called me a few days later to check on my progress. I would highly recommend this clinic should you need urgent medical care.

Dr. Reinke is better than any chiropractor I have ever visited. On a number of occasions I have gone to her, after months of unsuccessful therapy with other doctors (I live very far away from her office), and she has corrected the problem within minutes! Highly recommended!

I have been attending this clinic for various ailments over the last 20 years so obviously I think very highly of Dr Reinke. I have always had a hollistic diagnosis and been very satisfied with the treatment and results of treatment especially as emphasis is placed on natural non toxic medicines where possible . Dr Reinke is a very professional and capable clinician and I have always felt safe in her hands.

I am hugely indebted to Dr Reinke and her team at the clinic for detecting that , post covid, I have been suffering for four months from a rare form of chest infection which can only be treated by one antibiotic - a so-called super-bug. I had been treated for months elsewhere including with three different courses of antibiotics to no avail. Dr Reinke conducted a comprehensive and penetrating clinical inquiry with me, initiated a battery of tests and discovered exactly what the bug was. She prescribed the only antibiotic that treats it; and I am finally rid of it. That is thanks not only to her first class medical skills but to her steely determination to help me, where others had failed. I cannot recommend her, or her clinic too highly. Don't go if you want soft talk and to be molly-coddled!! because you won't get it; what you will get is direct, efficient investigation and the highest level of medical skill and professionalism that gets you better.

Dr. Reinke is professional, friendly and extremely capable. From the moment you walk through the doors of the clinic you know your are in safe hands. I am moved to post following an accident last week when I damaged my knee and needed emergency care and assistance. nothing was to much trouble and I received the best care possible.
